The domain name www.ishtaorganics.in and trade name Ishta (herein referred to as “Ishta”) is owned by AAVYUKTH COW PRODUCTS, incorporated in India.

All policies, terms, and conditions are established and governed by AAVYUKTH COW PRODUCTS.

We take utmost care in curating every single product. However, if you face any issues, we’re here to help.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order only if:

  • The product has not been dispatched.

  • No soft copies/prototypes (in the case of personalized items) have been shared with you.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Personalized items are non-refundable unless they fail to meet the agreed specifications.

Eligibility for Refund/Return

We accept refund/return requests only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.

  • An incorrect product is delivered.

Return Conditions

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

  • The product must be returned in the original condition it was delivered.

  • We may request a photo of the damaged/incorrect item for verification.

REFUND PROCESSING TIMEFRAME

  • Once your return is received and approved, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

  • The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10-14 business days after processing.

EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT TIMEFRAME

  • Once your exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 business days, depending on your location.

OTHER NOTES

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
